The Daily Jaji

As promised in my previous posts, I will share about my current fav face wash, and tadaaa, here it is. In choosing skincare, you first need the know your skin type. My skin is the combination type, so the suitable face wash would be gel or foam. Ive tried gel cleanser before, and it works fine. No irritation, no dryness, no redness, but also no improvement on my skin. But to my surprise, this cleanser Ive been using is so good and I can actually see some improvements!

I got this Laboratoires Novexpert Flash Eclat Mousse Nettoyante  (pardon my French, seriously 👻) from Caring Pharmacy in Mid Valley. Tak pasti kat mana lagi ada jual, sebab saya dah cuba tanya di Caring Pharmacy di Queensbay Mall tapi mereka tak jual rangkaian produk jenama ni. Anyhow, this Flash Eclat cleanser works gooood on my skin.

According to their website, Novexpert Flash Eclat Mousse Nettoyant is a anti aging foam for all skin types. A vitamin-C packed airy light foam cleanser with papaya extract and polyhydroxy acid that gently yet effectively removes makeup and impurities, and exfoliates dead skin cells while respecting skin’s natural moisture barrier. With added zinc, the cleanser also helps to regulate sebum production, unclog and tighten pores.

By the way, I use along a silicon brush while washing, especially during my PM routine to ensure that all dirt and make up excess are removed. Berus silikon tu anda boleh beli kat Daiso je.

My skin (no foundation/concealers) after using Flash Eclat for about 3 months
Im satisfied with this cleanser for now and Im not planning on changing my cleanser anytime soon! Although the price is a bit high compared to most drugstore products, its fair because one bottle could last 3-4 months. This is already my second bottle, but just because the first bottle was accidentally spilled in my luggage while traveling 😅So remember to pack your items securely okay especially those liquid ones  💁

I think Novexpert is a trusted brand since their team consists of doctors and skin experts, plus they spent plenty of time researching and creating formulas (obviously). Kalau anda nak tahu lebih lanjut tentang produk Novexpert, bolehlah lawati laman mereka di http://www.novexpert-lab.fr.

Although the journey to a flawless skin might be a long one, dont worry. Scars/pimples dont define your beauty; what you do and how you treat people will. Keep living and enjoy life!

Well thats all Ive got to share for now, see you in my next post!

I know, I know.. I may be a little bit outdated on this one haha.

We ordered the chicken ring cheese set for 2-3 pax.

Pekerja kat sini sangat membantu sebenarnya sebab kami kan pertama kali makan kat sini, jadi mereka pun tolonglah cadangkan set yang sesuai. Ok lah, tak menyesal lah dengar cakap pekerja tu haha.

Dapat baucar RM5 yayy. Keseluruhannya, saya rasa puas hati makan kat sini sebab pedas, sedap, dan kenyang. Kenyang sangat sampai dah tak mampu makan hahaha tapi nasib baiklah berjaya juga habis. 😂 My advice is, if you plan to come here, pls come with more friends haha. Set 2 orang makan tu sebenarnya boleh makan 3 orang (yang saiz perut macam kita orang ni lah haha). If youre reallyyy into Korean/spicy food, then perhaps you'd have no problem finishing it.

Ni bukti kita orang makan sampai habis okay 😝 Thanks for the wonderful first time experience, Mr Dakgalbi. Will surely repeat this (with more friends) hahaha.

What do I love more than food? Healthy food! If you've been reading my blog or following me on Instagram, by now you'd know that I really enjoy eating (who doesnt??) but I also care for what goes into my body. Of course, people say life is short, eat while you still can, yada yada but theres no harm in caring for what you eat. So the key is to eat moderately and pay attention to what you're putting into your mouth.

Walaupun lokasinya agak jauh dari rumah saya, it was worth the Grab fare! Here are the reasons why:

1. The food are fresh

The best part is, they dont use MSG!

2. The price is affordable

For a place claiming to sell healthy food, their price is surprisingly affordable. Selalunya kalau kita sebut tentang makanan sihat, mesti harganya agak tinggi kan. But here, you can get a complete meal set for only RM20 or less, depending on what you order. You may take a look at their menu here: - Click to enlarge -

3. Satu hidangan pun dah cukup mengenyangkan!

Honestly, I dont know how people who dont eat vegetables survives their daily toilet time 😆😂

4. Super clean and comfy environment

I can be quite picky when it comes to eating out because cleanliness is everything. I may not eat at a certain place if its dirty, no matter how good people claim their food is or how viral the place is. But here at Epic Fit Meals, no worries. Its so clean you'd want to sit there enjoying your healthy meal slowly... eating slowy is good for your digestion btw.

Who says burgers cant be healthy???
Overall, this is such a recommended place to go to and their food taste good, trust me. You will forget that you're even eating healthy food. My mum and brother really enjoyed the food; especially my mum haha. Mama kata "kalau Kak Long makan macam ni hari-hari, mama tak risau" haha. Well I really hope that they will open a branch in Penang soon, as I spend more time in Penang than KL now. I could use some options for my lunch meal besides the usual nasi kandar anyway 😜 For those in KL, youre very lucky bcs Epic Fit Meals will deliver the food right to you! Order now at www.epics.com.my.

P/s: Special thanks to Epic Fit Meals team for the invitation and for all the 'on-the-house' meals, including the additional ones. I really appreciate it.
